Kevin Lynch

Kevin Lynch is a distinguished former public servant with 33 years of service with the Government of Canada.  Most recently, Dr. Lynch was the Clerk of the Privy Council, Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Public Service of Canada.  Prior roles include Deputy Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister of Industry and an Executive Director with the International Monetary Fund.  Dr.  Lynch was sworn in as a Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada in 2009.  He is currently Vice-Chair of the BMO Financial Group.
