Areas of Research:

Research Interests

In my research I address, with techniques proper of the fields of Quantum Information and Quantum Foundations, problems related to the interplay between quantum mechanics and gravity. In particular, I have focussed on some features that could arise as a consequence of a non-classical structure of the spacetime: indefiniteness of causality relations and generalised transformations between two reference frames in a quantum relation with each other. In addition, I am interested in the low-energy effects that a quantum theory of gravity would manifest, which could be in the reach of short- to mid-term experimental technologies.
