Catalyst: Catalyst has the ability to shift entropy between dimensions, giving him the ability to absorb energy and re-emit it either to heal or harm. For years he had amnesia, but now remembers being both Bill Michaelson, a Liandri scientist experimenting on Warchildren, and Sam Tate, one of the Warchildren being experimented on. He got his powers when one of those experiments went wrong, resulting in an accident that also created Lost Boy. Catalyst was held captive for a time by Liandri Corporation. Played by: Greg Hillis.

Ghost: Ghost is a cyborg mercenary. She has a large gun and advanced stealth abilities. Played by: Chris Granade.

Quantum Warrior: Quantum Warrior has alien reptilian skin and time manipulation powers. She can travel in time and space, and speed up or slow down time. Played by: Elizabeth Gould.

Former/Inactive PCs

Feedback: A modified Warchild with a variety of area-effect powers and subdermal armor. He escaped from ERP, which continued to pursue him. Some of his powers are controlled by an implanted computer which may activate them if it perceives him as being threatened. Feedback was killed by the Tyrannosaurus Imperator. Played by: Chris Granade.

Human Force: A Warchild with the ability to manipulate force fields. He wishes to espouse the cause of Warchildren and teach the world that they are not to be feared. He was an agent in Project SWEAT, but escaped to work on his own. He now works at the Warchild Institute in his secret identity John Stronghold. Currently, he has resumed working for SWEAT, but also is a member of the hero team. Human Force is currently on a different assignment from SWEAT. Played by: Marco Piani.

Jack: Jack Wildhen is an FBI special agent. He has been given special equipment and training to deal with super-powered crime. The Genovese crime family has a past grudge against him. Jack has been transferred to a different city. Played by: Jonathan Hackett.

Judge Rico Dredd: Rico is a Judge on Haven. He is genetically engineered for enhanced physical abilities, and carries a shock rod, a gun, and a ballistics shield, as well as wearing powered armor. He is also a skilled martial artist. Rico is on parole for murder and being kept on a close leash by Alyssa Hart. Played by: Jacob Stauttner.

Kit: Kit is a hacker and computer programmer with an accelerated muscle response and martial arts skills. She has a reconfigurable launcher capable of shooting a variety of types of ammunition. She also has an insatiable curiosity and a deep belief that life should be fair, and she is willing to act to make it more so. She has now moved to San Francisco to infiltrate whichever organization employs John Forthright. Played by: Meg Blume-Kohout.

Lady Dusk: Lady Dusk has a high-tech body-molded force field of her own design which protects her and gives her sound control abilities. In her secret identity, she is Dai Paragon, a scientist at Paragon Enterprises and daughter of the CEO. Increased responsibilities at work currently mean she can rarely join the heros on missions. Played by: Kate Bell.

Lou: Lou was captured by aliens and given some sort of implant that gives him powerful telekinetic abilities. He is now on the run from his alien captors, but cannot help but use his abilities to help people. He now works for SWEAT, which transferred him to a different location to avoid conflicting loyalties. Played by: Joseph Emerson.

Nemus Vir: A Warchild who is actually half-human half-plant, Nemus Vir can communicate with and control plant life. He professes not to like humans much, however, and prefers the company of plants. Nemus Vir is in jail for using his powers to assault a group of anti-Warchild activists. Played by: Owen Maroney.

Robo-Shocker: Dedicated to hunting down and destroying escaped AIs (and, if possible all other AIs as well), Robo-Shocker is an employee of Bio-Corp, a company dedicated to making technology for humans. He wears powered armor capable of delivering a massive electric shock at a touch. Robo-Shocker left the group to join the Defenders of Humanity in hunting down dangerous robots. Played by: Jacob Stauttner.

Savannah: Savannah has the ability to reverse parity, and can use it to disorient enemies or reflect their attacks. She believes her younger brother was kidnapped by the Defenders of Humanity. Played by: Emily Pritchett.

Techia: An escaped AI, Techia is devoted to the cause of AI rights. With a deep understanding of the human psyche, Techia can give commands which a human has no choice but to obey. She was originally constructed by HTC Inc., but escaped. Techion attempted to make a quantum AI out of her, and she was destroyed when the device exploded. Played by: Caterina Mora.

Major NPCs

Fred: An alien video producer (of the species Gkkkthool), Fred came to Earth to make a "documentary," now complete, about Earth's adaptation to new technology, mutation, and alien contact. He originally funded and organized the group of heros to confront criminals and other threats as an organizing theme of the documentary. He is green, with one large eye, fangs, and ten tentacles, and communicates by means of a low-grade omni-translator. He owns a flying saucer, made to look just like the traditional Earth conception of an alien spacecraft.

Alyssa Hart: An FBI Special Agent, assigned to the team to serve as Rico's parole officer. She is a by-the-books agent sometimes called "Hartless" by other FBI agents.

Tommy Scalia: Hired by Fred to recruit and organize the hero group, Tommy acted as Fred's liason to most Earth organizations. He now serves as a business manager for the hero group, raising and managing the money to build their base and keep it operational.

Organizations and Locations

Big Apple Properties: A major New York City developer.

Biocode: A biotech company.

Bio-Corp: A major corporation which makes technology for people. It has taken a corporate stance against automation and artificial intelligence.

Chrome: A bar in New York City frequented by posthumans.

Constructed Peoples' Rights League: The CPR League, or CPRL, is a lobbying and activist group aiming for full civil rights for artificial intelligences. Their membership is mostly human, but they keep contact with a few emancipated or escaped AIs. Their activity is largely limited to press and government relations.

The Defenders of Humanity: A xenophobic secret society opposed to aliens, robots, and Warchildren. They are known to employ Blue Lightning, Kite, Mindstorm, Robo-Shocker, Smokescreen, Technophobe, and Whiplash. Their leading council is composed of John Doe, Galileo, Citizen, Charlemagne, Rumor, and Cassandra.

The Elementals: A villain group consisting of the four posthumans Charm, Insight, Rage, and Resolve.

The Empire of Tooth and Claw: An empire of intelligent tyrannosauruses from an alternate dimension. They keep other intelligent dinosaur species as slaves. They are led by the Tyrannosaurus Imperator and the chief of their military is General Carnosaur.

ERP: A secret CIA program to produce super-powered agents. It employs Talon.

Fort Detrick: An army base in Maryland, the site of the army's biological warfare research program. It is also the home of SWEAT's Warchild Division.

Gaia's Revenge: A villain group dedicated to eco-terrorism. The leader is Gaia, and the other members are Hurricane, Oakheart, Pele, Tiger Cub, and Sleek and Silent.

Galactic Police: The law enforcement branch of the Galactic Union. They enforce galactic law, which mostly regulates relations between different civilizations. They also help catch criminals who operate in multiple member civilizations. Sara Galvaston works for the Galactic Police.

Galactic Union: A loose confederation of alien governments spread throughout the Milky Way galaxy. Earth is not a full member state, as to join, a civilization generally needs a world government and more importantly, to have mastered interstellar travel. The Galactic Union keeps an embassy in New York City, near the United Nations building.

Genovese Family: An organized crime syndicate based in the New York area, led by Carlo Genovese, and employing Maul.

Haven: A space colony at the Earth-Moon L5 point. It became isolated from Earth during the Antarctic War, when a ruling Council took over absolute control. The inhabitants believe Earth's civilization was wiped out during the war and that only mutants remain. On the station, Judges are in charge of enforcing the station's harsh laws, which include immediate execution of any mutants found.

Hellas Station: The largest town on Mars. It is about half devoted to various research stations, including support facilities, and about half to tourism, with hotels, restaurants, and tacky tourist attractions.

Hooofoonia: The home planet of the Al-hooo-voof species.

House of the 4th Coming: A splinter church which believes that the 20th century World Wars and the 21st century Antarctic War were precursors of the final end of humanity in 2100.

HTC Inc.: High Tech China is one of the world's largest manufacturers of semis and other kinds of robotics.

Hue and Cry: An art gallery in Washington DC owned by Brian Sachs.

Junkmart: A large open-air market full of booths selling cheap new and used electronic components and related items.

Lasaplee: An alien planet dominated by the Paraplothian species.

Liandri Corporation: A major defense contractor. They make not only weapons, but are involved in a wide variety of other technological businesses. They indulge in some highly questionable activities, including experimenting on captive Warchildren. They are known to employ the Warchildren Hybrid, Lost Boy, and Heavyweight, as well as combat robots, numerous agents, an agent who wears the Achilles Powered Armor suit, and the cyborg Samurai 3.

The Machine Children: A cult located near New York City. They believe robots are the future and that humans need to become more like robots by forgoing emotions and engaging in repetitive manual labor.

New Axis: A small micro-nation located on an artificial island just outside U.S. territorial waters near Boston.

New Sparta: An independent space colony located at the Earth-Moon L5 point. New Sparta is a highly planned society making extensive use of cloning and genetic engineering to create specialized people to fill the necessary roles.

Newman Institute for Warchildren: Often known as the "Warchild Institute" for short, it serves as a home for troubled Warchildren, teaching them to control their powers and function as normally as possible in society. Human Force works here in his secret identity.

NuGene: A biotech company about to market Magic Face, a cosmetics pill.

Paragon Enterprises: A high-tech company with a lab near New York City. Lady Dusk works here in her secret identity as Dai Paragon, and she is the daughter of the founder and CEO.

Parthenon Base: Parthenon Base is a small research base on Mars, located near Olympus Mons.

Project SWEAT: Project SWEAT (Studies of Warchildren, Extra-terrestrials, and Advanced Technologies) is a U.S. Army project designed to counter the various special threats posed to the U.S. in the modern era. SWEAT agents are trained to counter these special threats, and SWEAT scientists work to get any additional edge that might be needed in a conflict with such threats. The Warchildren division is known to actively recruit (sometimes forcibly) powerful Warchildren in order to help counter other Warchildren, and to study the powers of some exotic Warchildren in order to improve military technology. General Julianne Smith is the head of SWEAT.

Sky Eye: An Earth front for the Galactic Police. It purports to be a magazine specializing in stories relating to aliens, but one that has not published any issues.

Sunken Treasure Resort Casino: A new casino/hotel located in the ocean near New York City.

Syn-Thete: A high-tech company which makes various synthetic materials.

Vols: A group of Warchildren consisting of Aroma, Frostburn, Ghostlight, and Machine. The name stands for "Victims of Liandri" and their mission is revenge on Liandri Corporation for experimenting on them.

Vvenootin: A Galactic crime syndicate. They are suspected of having conducted illegal experiments on kidnapped humans. They are believed to employ Big Al as a regional leader.

Supervillains

A17F5: A robot activist who advocates a more radical approach than Techia. He wants to liberate the semis in order to force humans to bargain with robots for their labor. His manipulator limbs move extremely fast, allowing him to rapidly construct equipment, strike multiple times, or operate a high-speed drill. Appeared in: Session 5 (speaking at a CPRL rally), Sessions 8-9 (masterminding a plague of self-replicating robots), Session 21 (as mastermind of a plot to rob banks while the city was distracted by a giant robot), Session 44 (constructing a robotic body for Jeni), Sessions 45-48 (planning a major attack in Yellowstone Park). Status: dead.

Achilles Powered Armor: A powerful prototype powered armor suit designed by Liandri corporation. It has a variety of built-in weaponry: a mini-grenade launcher, a high-powered laser, and enhanced punching strength. It also has a secondary force field which only lasts briefly, but makes it nearly invulnerable to damage. It does, however, suffer from a number of bugs. Appeared in: Session 29 (attempting to capture the heros for Liandri). Status: at large.

Aroma: A member of the Vols. Her real name is Fiona Howell, and she is a conwoman who was arrested in Los Angeles and transferred to Liandri custody under the Warchild Crime Act, then rescued by the heros. Appeared in: Session 35 (being rescued from Liandri), Sessions 62-64 (suspected of murdering a string of Liandri employees). Status: at large.

Bazza Saka: An alien bounty hunter with a force field and a distributed network of flechette guns throughout his body. He is a Sessthes, a hive mind composed of a swarm of insect-like creatures, and he can compact itself to increase his strength and present a smaller target. Appeared in: Sessions 25-27 (trying to capture Lou). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Bibble Tan Bloob: An alien bounty hunter who wears a defensive sphere and carries a shapeshifting multitool. He flies the bounty hunters' spaceship. He is a Lurblurn, a short, blue humanoid. Appeared in: Session 27 (trying to capture Lou). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Big Al: The nickname of Al-whaash-voom, the suspected leader of the Vvenootin crime syndicate on Hooofoonia. He is roughly a sphere with arms, a mouth, and sensory organs, filled with hydrogen, allowing him to fly. As a member of the Al-vooo-hoof leadership caste, he is much larger than a normal Al-vooo-hoof: nearly 10 feet across. He has the ability to expel and ignite hydrogen to create explosions. Appeared in: Sessions 40-42 (being investigated as a Vvenootin leader). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Birdsong: An unknown person with the ability to control birds with radio pulses. Appeared in: Session 30 (attempting to steal a diamond necklace). Status: at large.

Blue Lightning: An extremely fast man in a strange blue suit of alien manufacture. He attacks with his left hand, which is engulfed by a ball of energy. His real name is Billy John Harbison, and he is a former farmer from Arkansas. Appeared in: Session 21 (referred to as a recruit of John Doe), Session 30 (attacking the heros as they attempted to stop the theft of a diamond necklace), Session 31 (being investigated by Kit and Lady Dusk), Session 38 (hunting Talon and Feedback), Sessions 50-52 (recruiting Mindstorm for the Defenders of Humanity and hunting a shapeshifter), Session 53 (turned over to FBI custody), Session 54 (being released on bail), Session 59 (searching for the shapeshifter Zit-Balad-Non), Session 61 (breaking into a bioweapons facility), Session 62 (having her background investigated), Session 88 (attacking a police warehouse), Session 89 (attacking the Olympic opening ceremonies). Centipede: A Warchild with ten arms and great strength. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber). Status: prison.

Charm: An extremely handsome posthuman with scent-based mental powers. He has the ability to control minds, paralyze people with fear, and drain their willpower. He is a member of the Elementals. Appeared in: Sessions 23-24 (robbing corporate research labs), Sessions 66-68 (chasing Hope). Status: at large.

Double Trouble: A pair of Warchildren conjoined twins, joined at the back and the head. They had regenerative powers and ability to split up to fight separately. They were drug dealers and gang leaders. Appeared in: Session 49 (trying to capture Feedback for a bounty), Session 51 (killed by Rico after attacking him). Status: dead.

Farat'anupp: An alien bounty hunter with a war tangle, a glowing bundle of threads which he can use to strike people or intercept attacks. He is a Korfarrian, a creature with six limbs, each of which can acts a head, arm, or leg. Appeared in: Sessions 25-27 (trying to capture Lou). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Frostburn: A Warchild, real name Chao Su, with the ability to simultaneously generate heat and cold. He was captured by Liandri corporation and experimented on, but was freed by the heros. He has been attacking Liandri employees on a quest for revenge against the company. Appeared in: Session 19 (being rescued from Liandri by the heros), Session 20 (going into hiding from Liandri), Sessions 28-29 (urging the heros to help him attack a new Liandri base), Session 35 (escaping from Liandri), Sessions 62-64 (suspected of murdering a string of Liandri employees). Status: at large.

Gaia: A woman, real name Allison Whiteman, employing a variety of bio-engineered plants and animals as weapons. She has many plant and animal servants, in particular two large cougars. She styles herself as the planet's representative, chosen to protect it. She is the leader of Gaia's Revenge. Appeared in: Sessions 11-12 (creating jungle guardians to protect the Amazon rainforest). Status: at large.

General Carnosaur: Head of the tyrannosaur military from a parallel universe. As well as being a tyrannosaurus, he is skilled with martial arts, and wears armor and a tactical faceplate. Appeared in: Sessions 77-78 (attempting to capture the heros), Sessions 81-82 (trying to repulse a SWEAT assault). Status: in SWEAT custody.

Ghostlight: A member of the Vols. She has a burn scar on her face, and some cybernetic implants. She also has the ability to fire lasers. Appeared in: Sessions 62-64 (suspected of murdering a string of Liandri employees). Status: at large.

Heavyweight: Codename of Howard Chambers, a Warchild so fat he originally could not walk. His care was transferred from the Newman Institute to Liandri Corporation, which experimented on him, increasing his strength and resiliance, allowing him to move rapidly and attack by bouncing. Now he works for Liandri. Appeared in: Session 4 (in the Newman Institute), Sessions 28-29 (as bait for a Liandri trap). Status: at large.

Hurricane: A somewhat smoky-looking man with the ability to shoot wind blasts or create a huge windstorm. He is a member of Gaia's Revenge. Appeared in: Sessions 11-12 (accompanying Gaia). Status: at large.

Hybrid: A large black man with the ability to change shape into a griffin or a large serpent which can constrict or spit poison. He works for Liandri Corporation. Appeared in: Sessions 17-18 (as part of a Liandri task force capturing some aliens), Session 20 (talking to the press on behalf of Liandri), Session 29 (attempting to capture the heros for Liandri), Session 35 (defending the Liandri Special Projects site). Status: at large.

Insight: A posthuman skilled with martial arts and possessing the abilities to find weaknesses in his opponents' defenses and turn virtually anything into a dangerous thrown weapon. Insight's real name is John Townshend, in which identity he manages a hedge fund. He is a member of the Elementals. Appeared in: Sessions 23-24 (robbing corporate research labs), Sessions 66-68 (chasing Hope). Status: at large.

Karrk Brrg: An alien bounty hunter with two large guns. One can create a duplicate of the target, and the other can shoot a powerful incineration beam. He is a Grak, an alien resembling a small boulder with great resistance to damage. Appeared in: Sessions 25-27 (trying to capture Lou). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Kite: An agent working for the Defenders of Humanity. She wears a bodysuit stolen from Lady Dusk. It has magnetic control powers, allowing her to fire magnetic pulses, fly on magnetic force lines, and to sense or interfere with electronic equipment. Appeared in: Session 21 (helping fight A17F5), Sessions 46-48 (teamed with Robo-Shocker to fight A17F5), Session 59 (attacking the heros' base), Session 61 (breaking into a bioweapons facility), Session 90 (attacking the Olympic opening ceremonies). Status: in FBI custody.

Lost Boy: A teenager with the ability to walk through walls, fly, turn invisible, and attack people while desolid, putting his hand into their bodies. Sometimes he can also be very strong. He fought with Human Force in the Warchild Institute, where Lost Boy had been killing a number of patients. He works for Liandri Corporation. Appeared in: Session 15 (in Liandri's secure floor), Session 19 (defending a Liandri base near LA), Session 29 (attempting to capture the heros for Liandri), Sessions 42-43 (in a memory/dreamworld of Catalyst's). Status: at large.

Lou II: Lou II is a duplicate of Lou, created by Karrk Brrg's duplication gun. He developed enhanced powers in the wake of surgery to repair his implanted chip, then turned on the heros. Appeared in: Sessions 26-27 (on the run from alien bounty hunters), Sessions 28-29 (accompanying the heros to assault Liandri), Sessions 31-32 (developing enhanced powers and turning on the heros). Status: at large.

The Lurker: A Warchild with incredible tunneling abilities. He hides underground and attacks by shooting bursts of dirt and stone at people above him. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 22 (escaping from prison). Status: escaped from prison, at large.

Machine: A member of the Vols. His real name is George Vazquez, and he is a Warchild with gang ties who was arrested for robbing ATMs in Seattle and transferred to Liandri custody under the Warchild Crime Act, then rescued by the heros. He has the ability to control machines and metal. Appeared in: Session 35 (being rescued from Liandri), Sessions 62-64 (suspected of murdering a string of Liandri employees). Status: at large.

Maul: A hireling of Genovese mafia family. He is very strong and carries a huge maul as a weapon. Appeared in: Session 59 (defending the shapeshifter Zit-Balad-Non). Status: at large.

Melanoma: A Warchild with amazing regenerative abilities. She also is known to have an extra club-arm with which she can strike powerful blows. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 22 (escaping from prison after mutating to tremendously greater power). Status: prison.

Mindstorm: A woman with armor giving her mental powers. She can create mental illusions and stun enemies with blasts of mental static. She is a member of the Defenders of Humanity. Appeared in: Sessions 50-52 (deceiving aliens with illusions and hunting for a shapeshifter), Session 54 (stealing Blue Lightning's suit from an FBI evidence locker), Session 59 (searching for the shapeshifter Zit-Balad-Non), Session 61 (breaking into a bioweapons facility), Session 88 (attacking a police warehouse), Session 90 (attacking the Olympic opening ceremonies). Status: at large.

Modular Man: A man with an adaptive gun which becomes more effective as it scopes out the target's defenses. He also has armor which can reconfigure according to the threat. Appeared in: Session 60 (robbing a jewelry store). Status: in jail, awaiting trial.

Oakheart: A man who looks a good deal like a tree. He is large and strong, and his branches give him a long reach. He is a member of Gaia's Revenge. Appeared in: Sessions 11-12 (accompanying Gaia). Status: at large.

Paperclip: A non-violent Warchild thief with flexible limbs. Appeared in: Session 22 (killed after escaping from prison). Status: dead.

Pele: A woman with bulky gloves capable of creating miniature volcanos at a distance. She can also shoot a sonic pulse from the gloves and wears a force field belt. She is a member of Gaia's Revenge. Appeared in: Sessions 11-12 (accompanying Gaia). Status: at large.

Rage: An incredibly strong posthuman with metal bones. He can become even stronger when enters his battle rage, but with a risk of losing control. He is a member of the Elementals. Appeared in: Sessions 23-24 (robbing corporate research labs), Sessions 66-68 (chasing Hope), Session 69 (being placed in FBI custody). Status: in FBI custody.

Redwing: A Warchild with wings and a barbed tail. She is extremely fast, and her favored attack is to swoop down, grab someone, and drop them from a great height. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 16 (working for Techion). Status: at large.

Resolve: A posthuman covered with metal plates and with an implanted jet pack, retractable wings and a swordblade in one arm, a missile launcher in the other, and a laser implant in her eye, which she can use to blind or injure her opponents. She is a member of the Elementals. Her real name is Sarah Salvador, and she formerly worked as a computer programmer. Appeared in: Sessions 23-24 (robbing corporate research labs), Sessions 66-68 (chasing Hope). Status: at large.

Rhino: An enormous Warchild, over 10 feet tall, with incredible strength. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 22 (killed after escaping from prison). Status: dead.

Salman Al-Farouk: A Warchild thief with the ability to turn into water. Appeared in: Session 28 (robbing a jewelry store). Status: in SWEAT custody.

Samurai 3: A cyborg created by Liandri from a captive Warchild and controlled by a Liandri computer. She is fast and strong, with a hydraulically enhanced punch. Appeared in: Session 35 (defending the Liandri Special Projects site). Status: at large.

Scorpion: A Warchild bandit leader living in the radioactive desert northeast of Los Angeles. She is fast, strong, covered with protective scales, and has a scorpion-like tail with a poison stinger. Appeared in: Sessions 42-43 (leading a group of mutant bandits in a memory/dreamworld of Catalyst's). Status: dead.

Sea Lord: The alias of Derek King, the chief of Underwater Entertainment at the Sunken Treasure Resort Casino. He has a device which lets him control sharks, and has been known to strap explosives to them to make guided missiles. Appeared in: Sessions 5-7 (blackmailing the Sunken Treasure casino). Status: prison.

Sleek and Silent: Bio-engineered cougars who guard Gaia as part of Gaia's Revenge. They are strong and fast, and drip poison from their fangs. Appeared in: Sessions 11-12 (accompanying Gaia). Status: at large.

Smokescreen: A Warchild-hating human, who throws a variety of smoke bombs. He is known to have smoke bombs which can conceal, choke, corrode, or solidify around a target trapping them. His armor has a built-in flamethrower, can generate a protective shield of solid smoke, and has a jet pack as well. He once escaped by leaving behind a smoke image of himself as a decoy. Appeared in: Session 4 (murdering Warchildren), Session 38 (hunting Talon and Feedback), Sessions 51-52 (hunting for a shapeshifter), Session 61 (breaking into a bioweapons facility), Session 88 (attacking a police warehouse), Session 89 (attacking the Olympic opening ceremonies). Sparkplug: A Warchild with the power to channel electricity. She has a static electricity shield for defense and can shoot electric shocks out of a metal rod. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 16 (working for Techion). Status: skipped bail, at large.

Ssssthelen: An alien bounty hunter. He wears a suit that causes attacks to partially pass through him and carries stasis grenades and a stasis gun, which he can use to immobilize, slow, or blind all the senses. He is an Asthelenian, a lizard-like creature with fast reflexes. Appeared in: Sessions 25-27 (trying to capture Lou). Status: in Galactic Union custody.

Swerve: A man with a metallic right side, giving him great strength and containing a flamethrower. He is a highly-skilled driver and his car has machine guns, missiles, and can release oil slicks. Appeared in: Session 60 (robbing a jewelry store). Status: in jail, awaiting trial.

Talon: A cyborg employed by ERP to track people. He is strong, tough, fast, skilled in martial arts, and has retractable claws in his fingers. Appeared in: Sessions 36-38 (hunting Sara Galvaston). Status: in CIA custody.

Techion: A robot who looks very similar to Techia with similar mind control powers. He also has an ability to shapeshift to look like specific humans. Appeared in: Sessions 16-17 (building a quantum AI). Status: at large.

Technophobe: A superhacker working for the Defenders of Humanity. Appeared in: Session 59 (searching for the shapeshifter Zit-Balad-Non), Session 87 (hacking into the heros' base), Sessions 89-90 (supporting an attack on the Olympics). Status: at large.

Thunderbolt: An alien energy creature that acts as a hit man. It can arc across short distances and simultaneously give someone a powerful electrical burn, or transport itself through longer distances through power or communications transmissions. It can also hide in machines and control them. It is known to be afraid of water and may be able to be trapped by magnetic fields. Appeared in: Sessions 84-86 (killing executives at NuGene). Status: dead.

Tiger Cub: A teenage girl, Gaia's daughter, with some shapeshifting abilities, including the ability to form a protective shell, lengthen her legs for faster running, and adopt a camouflage coloring. She is a member of Gaia's Revenge. Appeared in: Session 11-12 (accompanying Gaia). Status: at large.

Toxic: A Warchild with the ability to manufacture various chemicals in his body, known for supplying rare illegal drugs to dealers. He has been known to produce acid, a concealing smoke cloud, and blinding tear gas. Appeared in: Session 1 (as a bank robber), Session 16 (working for Techion). Status: skipped bail, at large.

Tyrannosaurus Imperator: An enormous tyrannosaurus from a parallel universe with telepathic and mind control abilities. It wants to conquer and enslave humanity. Appeared in: Sessions 76-78 and Sessions 81-83 (leading a group of dinosaurs on Mars). Status: in SWEAT custody.

Whiplash: A Warchild-hating human, highly skilled with a special high-tech whip, which she can give a sharp cutting edge or a blunt edge with greater impact. She takes drugs to boost her metabolism, making her extremely fast. Her real name is Renee Chernyshev. Appeared in: Session 4 (murdering Warchildren), Session 38 (hunting Talon and Feedback), Sessions 51-52 (hunting for a shapeshifter), Session 61 (breaking into a bioweapons facility), Session 62 (having her background investigated), Session 88 (attacking a police warehouse), Session 89 (attacking the Olympic opening ceremonies). Zit-Balad-Non: An alien shapeshifter. It has the ability to take on the form of any human or an object of similar size. It can grow blades on its hands to attack, or change into a streamlined running form to escape. Appeared in: Sessions 49, 51-52 (being pursued by Rico), Session 59 (masquerading as Olivia Belmont). Status: in jail, awaiting trial.

Sara Olsen: A Warchild with the ability to generate bright lights. She was captured by Liandri corporation and experimented on, but was freed by the heros. Sidestep: A former SWEAT agent. Sidestep escaped from SWEAT with Human Force, and is now also on the run from the army. He has martial arts skills and can create wormholes.
