Information update on Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Adversity spurs ingenuity. Many of humanity's greatest advances have happened when the challenges seemed greatest. Now, more than ever, it is vital to broaden scientific engagement and understanding. Perimeter residents

In accordance with directions from the provincial government and Public Health, Perimeter Institute will gradually reopen to Perimeter residents July 20, 2020 at 7 am. Residents will be given access to return to the building in a phased in approach and will be notified when they may access the building. Further details can be found on the COVID-19 FAQ page. 

Visitors

Perimeter Institute’s visitor programs have been suspended until further notice. Perimeter staff will contact scheduled visitors directly to provide cancellation details.

Conferences, seminars, colloquia, and events

Perimeter Institute will not be holding any in-person conferences, seminars, colloquia, workshops, or events until further notice. Previously scheduled activities will be postponed, cancelled, or continued virtually. Refer to individual conference and event pages for the latest information.
